Rater is a program for showing images, sounds and videos in many testing paradigms. I have stopped working on this program in rder to devote more time to web interfaces for testing, so there will probably never be any updates.
You need QuickTime installed on your computer to view images in this program. I have had quite a bit of trouble with Rater not working after downloading, so e-mail me if your computer won't recognize it as a program.
